Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Revel!
We are looking for volunteers for various positions. First time volunteers must pay a ticket deposit of $160 which will be returned upon completion of shifts. Volunteers in good standing from previous years will not have to pay a deposit. To see the areas we need help in, look at the information below then fill out the application form at the bottom of this page.
Builders
Do you have a knack with power tools? We need help with building some of the structures at Revel. Main build days will be Wednesday August 7th and Thursday August 8th. Wednesday arrivals will work 12 hours over the course of Wednesday and Thursday and will get Wednesday early entry, free camping for Wednesday and Thursday nights, two meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Thursday arrivals will work 8 hours mostly on Thursday with the option to work a few hours Friday morning before gates open. Thursday arrivals will get Thursday early entry, free camping for Thursday night a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.
Gatekeepers
Gatekeepers will be the first face that people will see when they arrive to the site and will be the ones to scan people’s tickets and direct them where to park and camp. Shifts will be two 4 hour shifts or one 8 hour shift on Friday August 9th and Saturday August 10th and includes a meal and a non-alchoholic drink.
Kitchen
Do you know how to work in a kitchen alongside others? We need someone to help in the kitchen taking orders, making smoothies, washing dishes and helping wherever needed. Shifts will be two 4 hour shifts or one 8 hour shift on Friday August 9th and Saturday August 10th and includes a meal and a non-alchoholic drink.
Guardians and Angels
Are you nurturing, have first aid skills and an instinct to help people when needed? Or do you have a knack for being observant, are comfortable with basic first aid and have a wish to protect others? We will need help holding down the Care Shack – the home where first aid, harm reduction and the guardian hub will be set up. Guardians and Angels will be keeping an eye on things and will be stationed at the Care Shack in the central main stage area. We will have a walkie talkie in the Care Shack so comfort with using one is required. Shifts will be two 4 hour shifts or one 8 hour shift on Friday August 9th and Saturday August 10th and includes a meal and a non-alchoholic drink.
Tear Down
We will need help tearing down on Sunday August 9th and Monday August 10th. Work will be 8 hours that can be broken into smaller shifts and includes two meals, snacks, non-alchoholic drinks and free camping Sunday night.
Photographer/Videographers
Do you want to help Revel by taking beautiful photos and videos that we can use for online promo? Or are you a budding photographer or videographer and want to build your portfolio? We would like some help capturing some photos and/or videos of both the day and night times on both Friday and Saturday in exchange for a ticket, a meal and a non-alchoholic drink.
