Artisan Vendors – please read the general guidelines and fill out the application form below.

Food Vendors – You must have minimal power requirements and be willing to offer vegan only meals with a few raw vegan options using local and/or organic produce. If you are interested please contact nd@revelfest.dance.

You must arrive on Thursday August 7/25 to set up and be mostly set up by 8pm on Thursday night. You must be torn down and off the site by 8pm on Sunday August 10/25 or you may camp on Sunday night for an additional fee of $30/person. There will be a very small amount of space for storage behind each booth and camping will be in the general camping areas. There will be no official security on site, but it is private land that will be closed down each night and we will have guardians who will be keeping an eye on everything during festival hours. You may keep your own hours of operation and will need lighting for night-time hours.  All of the vendor spots are near the main stage dance floor area so it will be easy to keep an eye on your booth in the evening hours and not miss out on any of the music.

• $280 for a 10’x10’ spot, 20amp power, and one general admission ticket [worth $220] with Thursday entry which includes parking for one vehicle. One additional ticket with Thursday’s entry may be purchased for a discounted price of $200 each.
• $560 for a 10’x20’ spot, 20amp power, and 2 general admission tickets [worth $220] with Thursday’s entry which includes parking for 1 vehicle per ticket. Two additional ticket with Thursday’s entry may be purchased for a discounted price of $200 each.
