Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Revel!
We are looking for volunteers for various positions. First time volunteers must pay a ticket deposit of $220 which will be returned upon completion of shifts. The $220 ticket that you will be working in exchange for includes camping for the nights of Thursday August 7th, Friday August 8th and Saturday August 9th. Volunteers in good standing from previous years will not have to pay a deposit. Builders
Do you have a knack for power tools? We need help with building some of the structures at Revel. The main build days will be Tuesday August 5th, Wednesday August 6th and Thursday August 7th. Tuesday arrivals will work 16 hours over the course of Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday and will get Tuesday early entry, free camping for Tuesday and Wednesday nights, two meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
Gatekeepers
Gatekeepers will be the first face that people will see when they arrive to the site and will be the ones to scan people’s tickets and direct them where to park and camp. Shifts will be three 4-hour shifts on Thursday August 7th, Friday August 8th and Saturday August 9th and include a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.
Kitchen
Do you know how to work in a kitchen alongside others? We need people to help in the kitchen, taking orders, preparing food, drinks and smoothies, washing dishes and helping wherever needed. Shifts will be three 4 hour shifts or one 8-hour shift and one 4-hour shift on Thursday August 7th, Friday August 8th, Saturday August 9th and/or Sunday August 10th and includes a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.
Shopkeepers
There will be two shops where we will be need some help. One shop will be a general store where we will sell ice and merchandise as well as be a hub for lost and found and leave no trace initiatives. The other shop will sell clothing, light art, gems and minerals and jewelry. Shifts will be three 4-hour shifts or one 8-hour shift and one 4 hour shift on Thursday August 7th, Friday August 8th and Saturday August 9th and includes a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.
Guardians and Angels
Are you nurturing, have first aid skills and an instinct to help people when needed? Or do you have a knack for being observant, are comfortable with basic first aid and have a wish to protect others? We need guardians and angels to roam and to be stationed at the Care Shack – the home where first aid, harm reduction and the guardian and angel hub will be set up. Comfort with using a walkie talkie is required. Shifts will be three 4 hour shifts or one 8 hour shift and one 4 hour shift on Thursday August 7th, Friday August 8th and Saturday August 9th and includes a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.
Tear Down
We will need help tearing down on Sunday August 10th, Monday August 11th and Tuesday August 12th. Work will be 16 hours that can be broken into smaller shifts and includes Thursday entry, two meals, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and free camping Sunday and Monday nights.
Photographer/Videographers
Do you want to help Revel by taking beautiful photos and videos that we can use for online promo? Or are you a budding photographer or videographer and want to build your portfolio? We would like some help capturing some photos and/or videos of both the day and night times on Friday and Saturday, as well as on Thursday evening, in exchange for a ticket, a meal and a non-alcoholic drink. Please note that your deposit will be refunded once the photos and/or videos are received.
We kindly ask for samples of your work. We are looking for performance shots, crowd and atmosphere, behind-the-scenes, artists and attendees interactions, venue and both main and beach stages shots, vendor areas.
